Overview
The BDS 4-inch suspension lift kit for the 2016–2023 Toyota Tacoma 4WD pairs FOX 2.5 Performance Elite (PE) coil-overs up front with a choice of FOX 2.0 Performance Series or FOX 2.5 PE rear shocks. The kit is engineered to improve stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 33-inch tires. It features a high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for sound on-road handling.
Up front, the FOX 2.5 PE coil-overs are paired with high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles utilize factory tie rod ends to maintain ESC system compatibility. The kit also includes sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, lower control arm cams, FOX reservoir mounts, and all required hardware. In the rear, heavy-duty cast steel lift blocks, a brake line bracket, and longer U-bolts lift and level the stance without affecting load capacity.
