BDS 4 Inch Lift Kit | 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma 4WD | FOX 2.0 Performance Series Rear Shocks

This configuration includes FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP rear shocks. FOX 2.0 shocks feature an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

BDS Suspension's 4-inch suspension lift kit is engineered for the 2016–2023 Toyota Tacoma 4WD, designed to improve stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 33-inch tires. Up front, the kit utilizes top-mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates built for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that utilize factory tie rod ends, maintaining ESC system compatibility. The rear of the kit uses heavy-duty cast steel lift blocks, brake line brackets, and longer U-bolts. Also included are sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, lower control arm cams, and all required hardware.
