Designed for vehicles with radius front U-bolts (typically 2001–2004 model years), which feature a gentle radius matching the cast factory upper U-bolt plate. Paired with NX2 Nitro Series shocks featuring a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Overview

This 2-inch leveling kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 1999–2004 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks (4WD). The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 33-inch tires. Up front, it includes Glide-Ride leaf springs, a track bar relocation bracket for steering correction, extended sway bar links, and custom-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. The rear is equipped with a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks depending on the selected configuration.

BDS engineered the Glide-Ride leaf springs with a multi-leaf progressive spring rate using an exclusive triple-stage design, delivering a smooth ride regardless of load and providing flexibility throughout the suspension cycle.

Important Notes

These trucks were manufactured with two different style front U-bolts. You will need to know if your front leaf spring U-bolts are square or are halfway between round and square with a gentle radius around the OE cast U-bolt plate before ordering. Will not fit vehicles manufactured before 3/1/99. The stock Super Duty came with a rear 2-inch, 3-inch, or 4-inch rear block. You may need to change the block and/or U-bolts in order to level the truck. #003202, #003402, #003602, #003609, #003802, and #003809 come with OE rubber bushings installed. Confirm build date, front U-bolt type, and rear leaf pack overload position before ordering.
