BDS 2 Inch Leveling Kit | Ford F250/F350 Super Duty (1999-2004) 4WD | Square U-Bolts | FOX 2.0 Performance Series

Designed for vehicles with square front U-bolts (typically 1999–2000 model years). Paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 2-inch leveling kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 1999–2004 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks (4WD). The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 33-inch tires. Up front, it includes Glide-Ride leaf springs, a track bar relocation bracket for steering correction, extended sway bar links, and custom-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. The rear is equipped with a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks depending on the selected configuration.

BDS engineered the Glide-Ride leaf springs with a multi-leaf progressive spring rate using an exclusive triple-stage design, delivering a smooth ride regardless of load and providing flexibility throughout the suspension cycle.

Important Notes

These trucks were manufactured with two different style front U-bolts. You will need to know if your front leaf spring U-bolts are square or are halfway between round and square with a gentle radius around the OE cast U-bolt plate before ordering. Will not fit vehicles manufactured before 3/1/99. The stock Super Duty came with a rear 2-inch, 3-inch, or 4-inch rear block. You may need to change the block and/or U-bolts in order to level the truck. #003202, #003402, #003602, #003609, #003802, and #003809 come with OE rubber bushings installed. Confirm build date, front U-bolt type, and rear leaf pack overload position before ordering.
