This configuration uses a Cross Member & Strut Spacer for 5" of front lift, retaining the factory front struts, and pairs them with Zone Nitro Series shocks. The Nitro shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, self-lubricating seals, a 2-inch diameter steel body, and black powder coat finish. Rear lift is achieved via block, providing 3" of lift.

Overview

This 5-inch Lift Kit from Zone Offroad is designed specifically for 2016–2021 Toyota Tundra models intended to run 35-inch tires. The system provides the height and clearance many Tundra owners require while maintaining dependable handling and suspension geometry. At the core are precision cast steering knuckles manufactured in the USA, engineered to maintain proper steering angles and deliver the strength needed for both on-road and off-road use. High-clearance crossmembers maximize ground clearance while providing a solid mounting structure for front suspension components. A front differential drop is included to reduce CV axle angles and promote long-term drivetrain reliability after lifting. Sway bar drop brackets help keep the suspension operating correctly at the new ride height. In the rear, heavy-duty cast lift blocks provide the necessary lift height with improved durability over traditional fabricated blocks. This kit is available in multiple shock and strut configurations to match different performance needs and budgets.

Important Notes

• Will NOT work on TRD Pro models equipped with Bilstein or FOX Piggyback Struts.
• Will work with Bilstein (yellow) factory front struts on 2014–2016 models.
• RWD models may require rear driveline modification.
• Stock 18" wheels cannot be installed.
• Factory 20" wheels with more than 6.25" backspacing cannot be installed.
• Two-piece rear drive shaft: Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift driveline angles and avoid/eliminate driveshaft vibration.
• Models equipped with 6-piston calipers will require clearance machining on the caliper near the bolt holes on the mounting surface.
