Overview

This 5-inch Lift Kit from Zone Offroad is designed specifically for 2007–2015 Toyota Tundra models intended to run 35-inch tires. The system provides the height and clearance many Tundra owners want while maintaining dependable handling and suspension geometry. At the core of the kit are precision cast steering knuckles made in the USA, designed to maintain proper steering angles while delivering the strength needed for both on-road driving and off-road use. High-clearance crossmembers maximize ground clearance while providing a solid mounting structure for the front suspension components. A front differential drop is included to reduce CV axle angles and promote long-term reliability after lifting. Sway bar drop brackets help keep the suspension operating correctly after installation, preserving ride quality and stability. In the rear, heavy-duty cast lift blocks provide the necessary lift height with improved durability compared to traditional fabricated blocks. Important Notes

• Will NOT work on 2015 TRD Pro Models.
• Will work with Bilstein (yellow) factory front struts on 2014–2015 models.
• RWD models may require driveline modification.
• Two-piece rear drive shaft: Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift driveline angles and avoid/eliminate driveshaft vibration.
• Models equipped with 6-piston calipers will require clearance machining on the caliper near the bolt holes on the mounting surface.
• Factory 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled with this kit due to steering interference.
• Factory 20" wheels with a maximum 6.25" backspacing can be used.
• Follow recommended wheel/tire specifications to ensure proper fitment and minimize the need for trimming.
