This configuration uses a crossmember and strut spacer up front (4.5" front lift) paired with Zone Nitro Series rear shocks. The Nitro Series features a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, self-lubricating seals, and a 2-inch diameter steel body with black powder coat finish.

Overview

The Zone Offroad 4.5-inch lift kit for the 2007–2013 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD is engineered to improve stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 33-inch tires. The kit utilizes Zone's high-clearance design to increase ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling at the new ride height.

Up front, the kit incorporates high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy duty skid plates for off-road protection. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the taller ride height and are designed to work with factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles and ESC compatibility. Additional front components include sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. In the rear, a replacement lift block installs in place of the stock block to lift and level the stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity, along with new u-bolts and brake line brackets.

Important Notes

• This system will not fit 2007 classic models.
• Requires frame bracket modification.
• 20-inch wheels with 5-inch to 5-3/4-inch backspacing recommended to reduce trimming.
• Will not fit two-mode hybrid models with electronic power steering.
• Stock 20-inch wheels can be re-installed only with factory tire size.
• Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be re-installed.
