Configured with Zone Nitro Series rear shocks. These nitrogen-charged twin-tube shocks feature a 2-inch diameter steel body, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, self-lubricating seals, an internal floating piston (IFP), and a black powder coat finish.

Overview

The Zone Offroad 6.5-inch lift kit is engineered for 2007–2013 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 2WD trucks, providing improved stance, ground clearance, and off-road capability with clearance for up to 33-inch tires. The kit takes advantage of Zone's high-clearance design to improve strength and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling.

Up front, the kit uses full-length replacement strut shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket, and heavy duty skid plates. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the new ride height and maintain ESC compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all necessary hardware are also included. In the rear, a replacement lift block installs in place of the stock block to lift and level the stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity, complemented by new U-bolts, brake line brackets, and rear shocks.

Important Notes

• This system will not fit 2007 classic models.
• Requires frame bracket modification.
• 20" wheels with 5" to 5-3/4" backspacing recommended to reduce trimming.
• Traction bars will not fit regular cab short box models.
• Will not fit two-mode hybrid models with electronic power steering.
• Stock 20" wheels can be re-installed only with factory tire size.
• Factory 17" and 18" wheels cannot be re-installed.
