Overview
The Zone Offroad 6-inch suspension lift kit for 1999–2004 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 4WD is built around massive 9-leaf full-height front leaf springs. The thin, multi-leaf design delivers a quality ride while preserving the heavy-duty character of the Super Duty platform. Keeping the spring arch low improves ride comfort, and the progressive engagement of all leaves under load resists sagging when weight is added.
Steering performance is addressed with an included dropped pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket. Bump stop relocation brackets prevent excessive suspension compression, and shocks keep the ride smooth and controlled. For 2000–2004 models, the factory sway bar is retained using the factory mount's flip capability at the frame. For 1999 models, new sway bar links are provided. In the rear, full-height 5-inch blocks replace the factory components, and add-a-leafs supply the remaining lift needed to achieve a level stance.

Important Notes
- Will not fit vehicles manufactured before 03/01/1999.
- May need front drive-line modification.
- Dually applications will require different rear U-bolts.
- Gas models will net more lift in the front than advertised.
- This vehicle was manufactured with either square front U-bolts or radiused front U-bolts. Typically, 1999–2000 are square and 2001–2004 are radiused, but that is not always the case. The radiused U-bolts are not square or round, but rather have a gentle radius that matches a cast factory upper U-bolt plate on top of the factory spring. Vehicles manufactured prior to 2/28/1999 require a different box kit due to a change in the factory track bar. Please make the appropriate selection for your particular vehicle.
