This configuration includes Radius front U-bolts — typically suited for 2001–2004 model year trucks — paired with FOX 2.0 Adventure Series shocks featuring a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, self-lubricating seals, a black powder coat finish, and a 2-inch diameter steel body.

Overview

This 4-inch lift kit is designed for 4WD 1999–2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. It delivers 4 inches of front lift via new leaf springs and 3 inches of rear lift via a block kit, providing clearance for 35-inch tires. The kit uses a complete leaf spring and block lift system and includes custom-valved Zone shocks.

Important Notes

• Dually applications will require different rear 3-7/8" I.D. u-bolts.
• Will not fit vehicles manufactured before 3-1-1999 with 5/8" track bar bolt head size.
• Vehicles equipped with 2-piece rear driveshafts may require the carrier bearing to be lowered.
• If vehicle is equipped with rear top-mounted overload springs, 4 u-bolts of part number UBT4035 may be required. Selecting the U-bolt option will add four (4) UBT4035s to the base kit.
• Trucks equipped with a gas engine may achieve a slightly higher front stance.
• If your truck has curved/radiused style front U-bolts, order kit #F1. If your truck has square style front U-bolts, order kit #F2.
• Vehicles manufactured prior to 2-28-99 require a different box kit due to a change in the factory track bar — please verify your build date before ordering.
