Configured for trucks with Cast Steel factory control arms. Front lift is achieved via Cross Member & Strut Spacer (4.5" front lift), paired with Zone Nitro Series rear shocks and a rear lift block (4" rear lift). Factory OE front struts are retained.

Overview

The Zone Offroad 4.5-inch Lift Kit is designed for 2014–2018 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD trucks. This system delivers the height, stance, and clearance needed to run 33-inch tires while maintaining solid ride quality and dependable handling. Improved ground clearance and a more aggressive look are achieved without sacrificing everyday drivability.

Because GM produced these trucks with three different factory upper control arm designs — cast steel, stamped steel, and aluminum — this kit is offered in configurations matched to each variation. Select the correct control arm type before ordering to ensure proper fitment. Multiple shock and strut package options are also available to tailor the suspension to your preference.

Important Notes

• Check Control Arms: GM produced cast steel, stamped steel, and aluminum control arms between 2014 and 2017. Use the reference image to help identify your stock control arms; cast steel will be replaced with cast steel, stamped steel and aluminum control arms will be replaced with aluminum.
• Factory 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference.
• All wheel drive models may require a front CV driveshaft. See installation instructions for more information.
• Will NOT fit models equipped with MagneRide magnetic ride control.
• For optimal tire clearance and to reduce the need for trimming, use 20x9 wheels with 5.75" backspacing.
