Overview

Designed specifically for 2022–2025 Ford Bronco models equipped with the HOSS 3.0 suspension, this Zone Offroad 2.25-inch suspension lift system fits both 2-door and 4-door configurations. The HOSS 3.0 system uses position-sensitive Internal Bypass (IBP) FOX shocks, and this kit has been engineered to respect those positions. A top strut spacer and a preload perch collar work together to achieve the intended lift height without negatively affecting IBP function, leveling the stance front to rear. The kit also includes Adventure Pro Series upper control arms with rubber bushings and HD ball joints pre-installed, restoring proper alignment geometry throughout the full range of motion. Designed and manufactured in the USA, this kit qualifies for the Zone Offroad Factory Protection Plus warranty program.

Important Notes

• Fits HOSS 3.0 models only.
• Rear JKS shock skids do not work with this kit.
• This kit is designed to lift the front of the vehicle 2.5" and the rear 1.25".
• Although 37" x 12.50" tires will fit at ride height, they may still contact the front body mount and possibly the rear inner fender through wheel travel and steering lock to lock. If running this tire size and using full suspension travel, these areas must be addressed. See instructions for further tire/wheel fitment detail.
• Will fit Bronco models with a rear sway bar (Option # DZLAB in the build sheet).
• Will NOT fit Bronco Sport models.
• Will NOT fit Raptor models.
