Overview

Prevent front driveline issues on your lifted diesel-powered 2019–2024 Ram 2500 or 2019–2024 Ram 3500 with the Zone Offroad transfer case indexing ring kit. At 6 inches of lift, indexing the transfer case is necessary to allow the front driveline to reconnect and eliminate vibrations. Designed for 6-bolt flange transmissions, this kit features optimal spline engagement and is dual-drilled to allow positioning for compatibility with a range of lift heights. The kit also includes a billet aluminum driveshaft spacer and all hardware required to complete the installation.

DO NOT USE FILL PORT FOR FLUID LEVEL ON AN INDEXED TRANSFER CASE. THE FILL PORT WILL BE LOWER THAN OE FILL LEVEL HEIGHT: If any maintenance requiring fluid change or refill has or is being done, before reinstalling the transfer case check fluid levels on the bench and fill the transfer case with the manufacturer recommended volume of fluid.
