Designed for 1997–2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ owners experiencing driveline vibration after a lift installation, this 1-5/8" transfer case drop kit lowers the transfer case to reduce rear driveline angles. It is typically used with 4" lifts when the stock slip yoke rear driveshaft is retained. The kit also includes a transfer case shifter relocation bracket to re-align the linkage. It is commonly paired with rear pinion cam locks to rotate the rear pinion to more closely match the drivetrain angle.
We suggest combining with Zone Offroad J5408 rear pinion cam locks. The cam locks use the factory axle provisions to rotate the rear pinion to more closely match the drivetrain angle.
