Overview
Specially designed for the 2019–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 ZR2 and Trail Boss and GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X and AT4 trucks, this leveling kit is engineered to work within the parameters of the factory suspension and steering geometry to maximize potential while allowing optimal clearance for larger tires. The kit includes strut spacers, Adventure Series upper control arms, hardware packs, and steering stop extensions.
Features
- 3-piece strut spacer design with top mount spacer and 2 preload spacers raises ride height without over-extending suspension during droop travel
- High-strength Adventure Series upper control arms allow more travel, increase strength, and correct geometry issues associated with kits that retain the factory UCAs
- Maintains factory ride quality and handling characteristics
- Allows clearance for 33–34 inch tires
- Includes Factory Protection Plus
Specifications
- Lift Height: 1.75 inches (AT4 & Trail Boss) / Level stance (AT4X & ZR2)
- Kit Contents: Strut spacers (3-piece design), Adventure Series upper control arms, steering stop extensions, hardware packs
- Maximum Backspacing: 5.5 inches due to UCA clearance
- Compatible Tire Sizes: 35/12.50 on 18x9 or 20x9 (5.5" BS) | 295/60 on 20x9 (5.5–4.5" BS) | 305/55 on 20x9 (5.5–4.5" BS) | 295/65 on 18x9 (5.5–4.5" BS) | 295/70 on 17x9 (5.5–4.5" BS) | 33/12.50 on 18x9 or 20x9 (5.5" BS)
Installation
- Estimated Time: 3–4 hours
- Difficulty: Moderate
- Tools Required: Cut-off wheel or equivalent, strut compressor, welder (optional)
Important Notes
- Use the 1/4" spacer to achieve 1.75" of lift on AT4 and Trail Boss models. Do not install the 1/4" spacer on AT4X and ZR2 models — omitting it achieves a level stance on those trucks.
- Tires wider than 295 series cannot be installed on factory wheels due to clearance issues with the steering knuckles.
- Will not fit models equipped with Adaptive Ride Control (ARC).
- 2022+ models: This system has not been tested on vehicles equipped with Super Cruise.
