Overview

Upgrade your 1998–2002 Ford Expedition 4WD with the BDS NX2 Nitro Series rear shock absorber, engineered to deliver high-end performance at an affordable price. Using a pressurized nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, these shocks adapt rapidly to changing terrain conditions both on- and off-road. The 2-inch body houses a large 1-3/8-inch fluon-banded piston, self-lubricating seals, and a 14mm hardened chrome shaft to resist rock chips and corrosion. Polyurethane bushings and metal sleeves are included for straightforward installation. Compatible with all current BDS 6-inch lift kits and finished in a durable metallic silver paint with NX2 decals.
