Configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series Snap Ring Struts. Features a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, and a race-developed high-flow piston design. Snap Ring Spring Seat allows re-use of the OEM spring. Clear anodized finish for long-lasting durability.

Overview

BDS Suspension introduces a high-performance suspension upgrade for the Toyota Hilux (2015–2025), designed to deliver exceptional ride quality, strength, and off-road capability. The system pairs heavy-duty BDS upper control arms with a choice of FOX coil-over options — the FOX 2.0 Performance Series Snap Ring Strut, the FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO Coil-Over, or the FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over — providing 2–3 inches of lift depending on the front coil-over selected. At the rear, BDS Engineering and FOX Ride Engineering collaborated to tune the rear shocks specifically to work in harmony with the Hilux's factory leaf spring rate, ensuring a balanced and responsive ride under load and off-road conditions.
