This 2-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2016–2023 Toyota Tacoma 4WD trucks, improving stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 33-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes FOX 2.5 Factory Series IFP non-reservoir coil-over shocks paired with heavy-duty tubular upper control arms. Front differential spacers (1") and longer hardware are supplied to reposition the front differential and keep CV axles within correct operating angles. In the rear, add-a-leaf springs provide approximately 1 inch of lift to level the truck, complemented by FOX 2.0 Performance Series rear shocks.
The FOX 2.5 Factory Series IFP coil-overs feature a 2.5-inch diameter body built for demanding use. Tuned and ready to install out of the box, they incorporate race-proven technology for improved on-road comfort and off-road capability.
These upper control arms are constructed from 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular steel with an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning, allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. Frame-mounting ends use durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation. The outer end features a greaseable ball joint for smooth, quiet operation and long-term durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap.
