Overview
The BDS 6-inch suspension lift kit for the 2016–2023 Toyota Tacoma 4WD features FOX 2.5 Performance Elite (PE) coil-overs up front and your choice of FOX 2.0 Performance Series or FOX 2.5 PE rear shocks. The kit is designed to improve stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires.
Up front, the kit pairs FOX 2.5 PE coil-overs with high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy duty skid plates for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that utilize factory tie rod ends, maintaining ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, lower control arm cams, FOX reservoir mounts, and all required hardware are included.
In the rear, heavy duty cast steel lift blocks, a brake line bracket, and longer U-bolts lift and level the stance without affecting load capacity.
