Configured with NX2 Nitro Series rear shocks featuring a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, dual-welded ends for increased strength, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.
Overview
BDS Suspension's 7-inch lift kit is engineered to increase the performance and capability of 2016–2021 Toyota Tundra trucks (2WD & 4WD). The system utilises a high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for strong on-road handling characteristics.
Specially designed 1/4-inch thick laser-cut high-clearance crossmembers maximise underbody clearance and provide a solid mounting point for the OE lower control arms. Paired with a heavy-duty front skid plate system, they create a rigid subframe while protecting vital steering and driveline components. The heavy-duty steering knuckles use ductile iron castings and are CNC-machined for a precision fit. The steering tie rod mount is relocated to mimic original steering geometry for ESC system compatibility.
