Overview
This 6-inch suspension lift kit for 2005–2015 Toyota Tacoma 4WD trucks is built around FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed to bolt on directly for increased suspension travel, improved ride quality, and the ability to handle rough terrain while maintaining on-road comfort. The kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires and takes advantage of BDS's high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry at the new ride height.
Up front, the kit utilizes top-mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates. Steering geometry is corrected with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that use factory tie rod ends for ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, lower control arm cams, and all necessary hardware are included. In the rear, heavy-duty cast steel lift blocks, brake line brackets, longer U-bolts, and FOX 2.0 IFP performance series gas shocks round out the system.
