Overview
This BDS 6-inch lift kit is designed for 2007–2013 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD trucks and provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires. The kit uses a high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for capable on-road handling.
Up front, the kit includes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket, heavy duty skid plates, and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles to correct steering geometry at the new ride height. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all required hardware are also included. In the rear, buyers can choose between a block kit with add-a-leaf or full replacement leaf springs, along with new U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series rear shocks.

Important Notes
- This system will not fit 2007 classic models.
- Installation of rear leaf springs requires removal of the fuel tank.
- Requires frame bracket modification.
- 20-inch wheels with 5-inch to 5-3/4-inch backspacing recommended to reduce trimming.
- Traction bars will not fit regular cab short box models.
- Add part #121651 Auxiliary Differential Support Bracket for AWD models. May also require front driveline modification.
- Will not fit two-mode hybrid models with electronic power steering.
- Stock 20-inch wheels can be re-installed only with factory tire size.
- Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be re-installed.
