Overview

This 3.5-inch lift kit for the 2019–2024 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 pairs BDS Suspension engineering with FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 Internal Bypass (IBP) coil-over shocks up front and FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 IBP shocks in the rear. The kit builds off factory suspension geometry and includes everything required to lift the truck and provide clearance for up to 35-inch tires (Silverado) or 33-inch tires (Sierra). Up front, FOX 3.0 remote reservoir coil-over shocks are paired with BDS heavy-duty tubular upper control arms. The rear lift is achieved with fabricated steel lift blocks, longer U-bolts, and matched FOX 3.0 rear shocks.

FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 IBP shocks feature patented Internal Bypass technology that delivers position-sensitive damping across multiple zones of control. Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjustment allows tuning for load, environment, and driving style. Finned external reservoirs and aluminum shock bodies manage fluid temperatures, while Type III anodization protects the 3-inch diameter bodies against corrosion and wear. BDS HD Upper Control Arms use 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup for corrected ball joint positioning, additional down travel, and camber adjustment. Frame-end durometer-specific rubber bushings provide maintenance-free operation, and greaseable ball joints at the wheel end ensure smooth, quiet performance. Arms are finished in durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap.

Important Notes

• 5.5-inch maximum wheel backspacing can be used.
• Will NOT fit models equipped with Adaptive Ride Control (ARC).
• Will fit Trail Boss and AT4 models; however, will net approximately 1.5 inches of lift over factory ride height on those trims.
• This kit has not been test fit on Silverado ZR2 or Sierra AT4X models.
• Lifting of the bed is required for rear shock installation.
• Will NOT fit models with a single leaf spring (monoleaf) rear suspension.
