Overview

This 3.5-inch lift kit for the 2025–2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD pairs BDS Suspension engineering with FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 internal bypass coil-over shocks to improve stance, performance, and off-road capability. The kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires on Silverado models and up to 33-inch tires on Sierra models. Up front, FOX 3.0 Factory Race Series internal bypass remote reservoir coil-over shocks are paired with heavy-duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength and suspension travel. In the rear, fabricated steel lift blocks, longer U-bolts, and a complementary set of FOX 3.0 Factory Race Series shocks deliver a smooth and balanced ride.

FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 Internal Bypass Technology

FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 Internal Bypass shocks deliver position-sensitive damping technology, Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjustment, and high-speed-ready performance. Patented internal bypass technology allows multiple zones of damping control, producing a comfortable and confident ride with increased damping force through rough terrain. Bypass shocks provide progressive force to control hard bottom-outs, prevent harsh top-outs, and deliver an initial catch on landing. Finned external reservoirs and aluminum shock bodies manage fluid temperatures for consistent performance. Type III anodization protects the 3-inch diameter bodies against corrosion and wear. The DSC adjuster allows tuning for load, environment, and driving style.

Important Notes

• Fits 4WD models only.
• 5.5" maximum wheel backspacing.
• Will not fit models equipped with Adaptive Ride Control (ARC).
• Will fit Trail Boss/AT4 models; however, will net approximately 1.5" of lift over factory ride height.
• This kit has not been test fit on Silverado ZR2 or Sierra AT4X models.
• Lifting of the bed is required for shock installation.
• Will NOT fit models with a single leaf spring (monoleaf) rear suspension.
