Overview
This BDS 6-inch lift kit is designed for 2014–2018 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD trucks equipped with the Magneride electronic damping system. The kit is engineered to improve stance, performance, and off-road capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit utilizes a top-mounted strut spacer, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, a multipiece differential relocation bracket system, and heavy-duty skid plates. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the new ride height. Additional front components include sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. In the rear, the kit includes Pro-Ride coil springs, anti-sway bar links, a track bar relocation system, and adjustable upper control arms for proper pinion angle adjustment. Rear sensors are relocated using supplied brackets, and rear shock extensions retain the factory electronic dampers.
