Overview
This BDS 4.5-inch lift kit is designed for 2007–2013 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 2WD trucks. The kit provides clearance for up to 33-inch tires while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling at the new ride height. Up front, the kit uses full-length replacement strut shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, heavy duty skid plates, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all necessary hardware. In the rear, the kit is available with either a replacement lift block or full Glide-Ride leaf springs, along with new u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Important Notes
- This system will not fit 2007 Classic models.
- Installation of rear leaf springs requires removal of the fuel tank.
- Requires frame bracket modification.
- 20-inch wheels with 5-inch to 5-3/4-inch backspacing recommended to reduce trimming.
- Traction bars will not fit regular cab short box models.
- Will not fit two-mode hybrid models with electronic power steering.
- Stock 20-inch wheels can be re-installed only with factory tire size.
- Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be re-installed.
