Rear damping is provided by FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP monotube shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a clear anodized finish.
BDS Suspension offers a 6-inch suspension lift kit for 2009–2011 Dodge RAM 1500 4WD trucks, designed to improve stance, performance, and capability with clearance for up to 37-inch tires. The kit takes advantage of BDS's high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling.
Up front, the kit utilizes top-mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, maintaining ESC system compatibility. Additional front components include sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, CV spacers, and all required hardware.
The rear of the kit uses progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, rear upper control arm relocation brackets to correct pinion angle, a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links.
