This configuration uses a Block Kit rear lift option paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The rear lift block is cast iron for strength, tapered for correct pinion angle, with an offset steel pin and hole to restore axle position. FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.
This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for 2011–2016 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel-powered trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. In the rear, the kit features a high-strength fabricated lift block or leaf spring option, a u-bolt flip kit for maximum clearance, brake line brackets, and a matched set of shocks.
The 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with BDS high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets, HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning, and limits caster change throughout wheel travel. Diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Steering geometry is optimized via a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
