Overview

The KOH Edition Bronco suspension package by BDS was built in the desert and proven on the King of Hammers racecourse — the same setup trusted by KOH racer Jason Scherer. Designed to improve stance, performance, and off-road capability, this kit includes everything needed to set your Bronco up with clearance for up to 37" tires.

Up front, the kit features FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series remote reservoir coil-over shocks, heavy duty tubular upper control arms, steering tie rod sleeves, a max tire clearance kit, and lower control arm skid plates. In the rear, a complementary set of FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks is paired with rear lower tubular control arms, an adjustable rear track bar, and lower shock skid plates.

Component Details

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Shocks: These bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter shocks include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep shocks running cool in rough terrain. The DSC adjuster offers 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels via two adjuster knobs. The black anodized aluminum reservoir increases cooling efficiency.

HD Upper Control Arms: Constructed from 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular steel with an indexed high-strength uniball to correct ball joint positioning, allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. Frame mounting ends use durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation; the opposite end features a greaseable ball joint. Finished in durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap.

HD Rear Trailing Arms: Built from thick-wall 1.9" diameter tubing, specially formed to maximize tire clearance. The axle side uses an OE-style rubber bushing for long service-free operation and NVH isolation. The frame mount side features a large forged end and is available with OE-style rubber bushings or flex ends that allow up to 30 degrees of misalignment for greater articulation.

Shock Skid Plates: Front and rear skid plates are constructed from 3/16" steel and specially formed to protect the stock lower control arms, lower strut mount, and CV shafts. Rear steel skids reinforce the factory shock mount and feature an integrated roost guard to protect the shock body from stones and debris.

Important Notes

  • Do NOT hit the aluminum knuckle with a hammer to separate the ball joint. Use the appropriate ball joint separation tool (OTC 204592).
  • Will not work with models with a height sensor attached to the UCA.
  • Does not fit Bronco Sport models.
  • Not compatible with Raptor Models.
  • Is compatible with HOSS 3.0 Bronco Models.
  • Steering Sleeve Kit will not work with Ford Performance tie rods with 16mm threads. Only works with 14mm threads.
