BDS 3 Inch Lift Kit | FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilover | Ford Bronco 4-Door (2021-2025) | Ball Joint UCAs

Configured with Ball Joint Upper Control Arms. These sealed OE-style ball joints connect the steering knuckle to the control arms, allowing the knuckle to pivot for a smooth ride. Greaseable versions are included in this application, providing smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. In certain applications, ball joints can provide more wheel travel than their uniball counterparts.

Overview

This 3 to 4-inch lift kit for the 2021–2025 Ford Bronco 4-Door is designed to improve stance, performance, and capability. The kit includes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series remote reservoir coilover shocks and heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, and provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Net lift height varies by trim level: Sasquatch-equipped models net 3 inches of lift, Badlands models net 3.5 inches of lift, and base suspension models net 4 inches of lift, with final ride height being the same across all trims.

Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series remote reservoir coilover shocks paired with heavy-duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength and travel. The rear uses a complementary set of FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks for an improved ride.

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilovers

The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks are tuned and ready to install out of the box. These 2.5-inch diameter bolt-on shocks feature a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep shocks cool in rough terrain. The DSC adjuster provides precise tuning via two adjuster knobs, offering 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels. Reservoirs feature a black anodized aluminum construction for increased cooling efficiency.

Heavy-Duty Upper Control Arms

The included upper control arms use 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed high-strength uniball or ball joint to correct joint positioning, allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. Durometer-specific rubber bushings at the frame mounting ends provide maintenance-free operation. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap.

Important Notes

• Lift height is based on base suspension package. Badlands and Sasquatch models will net less lift; however, final ride height is the same for all trims.
• Do NOT hit the aluminum knuckle with a hammer to separate the ball joint. Use an appropriate ball joint separation tool (OTC 204592).
• Will not work with models that have a height sensor attached to the UCA.
• Does not fit Bronco Sport models.
• Not compatible with Raptor models.
