Configured with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks and Standard OE knuckles. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks feature a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, an external reservoir design, and the DSC Dual Speed Compression Adjuster for on-the-fly tuning. Designed for Ram 1500 models equipped with standard (non-22-inch factory) wheel bearing assemblies.

Overview

This 4-inch coil-over suspension lift kit from BDS Suspension is engineered for the 2025–2026 Ram 1500 4WD. The kit is built around FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks up front, designed specifically for increased travel and the ability to soak up rough terrain while maintaining smooth on-road comfort. The high-clearance design improves ground clearance and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry at the new ride height. The kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires.

Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends correct steering geometry at the lifted ride height and maintain ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, CV spacers, and all required hardware are also included.

In the rear, the kit uses progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, upper control arm relocation brackets to correct pinion angle, a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links. Important Notes

• Fits 4WD models only.
• Fits models with 3.0L Hurricane I6, 3.6L V6, and 5.7L V8 engines.
• RAMs with factory 22-inch wheels require the larger bore knuckles due to larger wheel bearing assembly — reference build code WPM or WPZ.
• Will NOT fit adjustable "air ride" suspension equipped models.
• Stock 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to steering interference. Stock 20-inch and 22-inch wheels can be reinstalled with factory tire size.
• Will NOT work on diesel models.
• Will NOT fit models equipped with the Thermal Axle option — reference build code DSK-P or check diff cover for cooling lines.
• Disconnect BOTH batteries (if equipped — Main and Auxiliary) before performing install. See instructions for more detail.
• Bumper Spacer Kit (BDS122004) recommended for additional tire-to-fender clearance. Sold separately.
• If using 18-inch aftermarket wheels with 4.5-inch backspacing, test fit wheels on vehicle before mounting tires to ensure clearance.
• Included replacement front brake lines (22545) do not work on 2025 model year trucks; a relocation bracket is used instead. See instructions for bracket details.
