Overview

This BDS single steering stabilizer mounting kit with NX2 shock is designed for 1999–2004 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. Installing larger tires can exert additional force on a truck's suspension; a steering stabilizer reduces bump steer and steering wheel feedback to help maintain vehicle control. BDS mounting brackets are constructed of high-strength steel and bolt on directly. When paired with a BDS lift kit, this kit can help extend the lifespan of factory steering components.

The BDS NX2 Stabilizer features a pressurized nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for responsive damping across on- and off-road terrain. The 2-inch body uses a large 1-3/8-inch fluon-banded piston, self-lubricating seals, and a 14mm hardened chrome shaft to resist rock chips and corrosion.
