This variant includes a 5-inch fabricated steel rear lift block sized for trucks with a 3-leaf main rear leaf spring pack. Rear shock performance is provided by FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks featuring a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, an external reservoir design that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, a standard DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster, and full serviceability for a lifetime of use. Backed by a 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty.

Overview

This 6-inch 4-Link lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over conversion from BDS Suspension is engineered for 2017–2019 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel trucks (4WD, SRW). The kit provides improved stance, suspension geometry, and capability, with clearance for tires up to 38 inches. Up front, the kit includes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks and mounting brackets, a 4-Link control arm conversion, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, and brake line brackets. A transfer case indexing ring with ARP studs and a new high-clearance transmission crossmember are also supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. At the rear, the kit uses a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, and brake line brackets, along with a matched set of FOX rear shocks (option-dependent).

Important Notes

  • If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (pn# 123402).
  • 38 x 13.50 tires may require minor trimming.
  • Some models may be factory equipped with a 2-leaf main rear leaf spring pack and others a 3-leaf main. Be sure to order the correct option when customizing your kit.
  • The transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
  • If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar, add rear sway bar links (pn# 123808).
  • The indexing ring is not designed for manual shift transfer case models. Modification of the shift cable mount will be required.
  • Fits SRW models only.
