Rear lift configured with replacement Leaf Springs. The multi-leaf progressive design reduces axle wrap, maintains factory payload weight ratings, and delivers a smooth, controlled ride. Anti-friction pads provide a quiet ride experience. Rear shocks are FOX 2.5 Performance Elite, featuring a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, a 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, external reservoir design that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, and a standard DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster offering 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels. Fully serviceable for a lifetime of use.

Overview

This 6-inch 4-Link lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over conversion from BDS Suspension is engineered for 2017–2019 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel trucks (4WD, SRW). The kit is designed to improve stance, performance, and off-road capability, with clearance for up to 38-inch tires.

Up front, the kit includes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks with mounting brackets, a 4-Link control arm conversion, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, and brake line brackets. A secondary FOX 2.0 shock is added for maximum front performance. At this lift height, the transfer case is indexed using a precision-built indexing ring with ARP studs to allow use of the factory front driveshaft, and a high-clearance transmission crossmember is supplied. In the rear, configurations are available with fabricated lift blocks, an add-a-leaf pack, or replacement leaf springs, paired with your choice of FOX rear shocks and matching brake line brackets.

Important Notes

  • If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402).
  • 38 x 13.50 tires may require minor trimming.
  • Some models may be factory equipped with a 2-leaf main rear leaf spring pack and others a 3-leaf main. Be sure to order the correct option when customizing your kit.
  • The transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
  • If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar, add: BDS123808.
  • The indexing ring has not been designed to work on manual shift transfer case models. Modification of the shift cable mount will be required.
  • Fits SRW models only.
