The FOX 2.5 features a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, an external reservoir design that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, and a standard DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster offering 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels. Black anodized aluminum reservoir increases cooling efficiency. Fully serviceable for a lifetime of use with a 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty.

Overview

This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link and coil-over conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for dual rear wheel Ford F350 Super Duty diesel-powered trucks (2020–2022, 4WD). The kit improves stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, it includes diesel-specific FOX coil-over shocks, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-link system converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets to mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle after the lift, paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel and recenter the front axle.

Important Notes

• Removal of the factory leaf spring block is required. The net rear lift will vary depending on the height of the factory block but will result in a level stance.
