The 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body features an external reservoir design that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, and a DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster offering 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels. Overview

This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link and coil-over conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for 2017–2019 Ford F350 Dually (DRW) Super Duty diesel-powered trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific FOX coil-over shocks, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-link converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning and limit caster change throughout wheel travel.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle and pairs with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

Important Notes

• If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402).
• 37 x 12.50 tires may require minor trimming.
• Some models may be factory equipped with a 2-leaf main rear leaf spring pack and others a 3-leaf main. Be sure to order the correct option when customizing your kit.
