Overview
This 5-inch radius arm lift kit with FOX coil-over conversion from BDS Suspension is designed to improve the stance, performance, and capability of 2020–2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty diesel-powered 4WD trucks. The kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires and includes everything necessary for a complete installation. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific FOX coil-over shocks, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks. Fits SRW models only.

Installation

Important Notes
- Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed.
- If installed on a truck with a top-mounted overload spring, an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8" — UBT4027 (Qty: 4) — is required.
- Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
- If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
- Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance requirements. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
- Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
- Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle (Safety Recall 21S31). BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.
