Overview
This 5-inch Radius Arm lift kit from BDS is designed for dual rear wheel (DRW) Ford F350 Super Duty diesel trucks (2023–2026) 4WD. The kit improves stance, performance, and off-road capability while providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy duty BDS Radius Arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks. An indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are included to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. The rear utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks.

Important Notes
- Fits dual rear wheel (DRW) F-350 trucks only.
- Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut each time it has been removed.
- Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
- If the truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
- Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to interference with the brake line, radius arm, and sway bar. Use recommended specs listed in the wheel and tire fitment section.
- Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
- Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
