Overview

This 9-inch 4-Link lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2020–2022 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks (SRW models only). The kit provides clearance for up to 40-inch tires and includes all hardware required for a complete installation. Up front, the kit features diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, a 4-Link control arm conversion, forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, an NX2 steering stabilizer, and custom-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. A transfer case indexing ring with ARP studs and a high-clearance transmission crossmember are included to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, full replacement Glideride leaf springs with a built-in overload spring provide full lift height and increased capacity, accompanied by u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matched set of shocks in your chosen configuration.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link system converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that mount HD upper and lower control arms. This bolt-on upgrade corrects axle positioning, optimizes suspension geometry, limits caster change throughout wheel travel, and adds strength and stability.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, dual-rate Pro-Ride coil springs deliver the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Transfer Case Indexing

A precision-built transfer case indexing ring featuring ARP studs clocks the transfer case to improve front driveline operating angle and allow use of the factory front driveshaft. A high-clearance transmission crossmember is also supplied to provide sufficient clearance at this lift height.

Important Notes

  • If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402).
  • 40 x 13.50 tires WILL require trimming.
  • Transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
  • If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar, add part #123009.
  • Indexing ring has not been designed to work on manual shift transfer case models. Modification to the shift cable mount will be required.
  • Fits SRW models only.
