Overview

This 9-inch 4-Link lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks is engineered for 2020–2022 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel trucks. The kit is designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 40-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-overs, a 4-Link control arm conversion, forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned FOX nitrogen-charged secondary shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes full replacement BDS Glideride leaf springs, u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks deliver on-road comfort and off-road capability tuned and ready to install out of the box. These 2.5-inch diameter shocks include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep shocks running cool in rough terrain. The DSC adjuster provides 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels via two adjuster knobs, with a black anodized aluminum reservoir for increased cooling efficiency.

Transfer Case Indexing

A precision-built transfer case indexing ring featuring ARP studs clocks the transfer case to improve the front driveline operating angle and allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. A high-clearance transmission crossmember is also supplied for sufficient clearance.

Important Notes

• The transfer case indexing ring is designed for diesel models only and will not fit gas models equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
• If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a carrier-bearing drop kit may be required (BDS123402).
• 40x13.50 tires WILL require trimming.
• If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar, add BDS123009.
• The indexing ring is not designed for manual shift transfer case models. Modification of the shift cable mount will be required.
• Fits SRW models only.
