This variant replaces the factory rear leaf springs with a multi-leaf progressive design for a smooth ride. These replacement springs eliminate the need for a lift block, reduce axle wrap, maintain factory payload weight ratings, and create a more controlled and stable feel while providing the correct pinion angle.

Overview

This 4-inch radius arm lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over conversion from BDS Suspension is built for 2008–2010 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel-powered trucks. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, the kit includes everything necessary to provide clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit features diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and secondary FOX 2.0 shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength lift solution and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks.

Important Notes

These trucks were manufactured with and without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top-mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that is set above the main leaf. You will need to identify which you have before ordering. If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order 123402 in the accessories section.
