This variant includes a 4 Inch Block Kit rear lift configuration, utilizing a high-strength fabricated lift block and u-bolt flip kit for maximum ground clearance at the rear axle.

Overview

Upgrade your 2011–2016 Ford F250 or F350 Super Duty diesel-powered truck with this 4-inch radius arm lift kit and FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over conversion from BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up correctly with clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit uses a high-strength fabricated lift block (or leaf springs depending on variant selected), a u-bolt flip kit for maximum ground clearance, brake line brackets, and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks.

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over

The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks offer next-level performance for both on-road comfort and off-road capability. Tuned and ready to install out of the box, these 2.5-inch diameter bolt-on shocks are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. A remote reservoir provides additional fluid capacity to keep shocks running cool under demanding conditions. The DSC adjuster delivers precise tuning with 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels, adjustable with a simple twist of either adjuster knob. The black anodized aluminum reservoir increases cooling efficiency.

HD Radius Arms

In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms, BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location, offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights, and use an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation.

Steering Correction

To optimize steering geometry once lifted, a forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle, and a heavy duty track bar drop bracket keeps the steering components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

Important Notes

• Removal of factory block required.
• Rear add-a-leaf is required for models equipped with a factory 3-7/8" block for a level-to-tail-high stance.
• Single add-a-leaf kit #113218 recommended for a more level stance.
• Dual add-a-leaf kit #113209 recommended for a tail-high stance.
• Add-a-leafs do not apply to rear leaf spring-equipped systems.
• If equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit (#123402) may be required. Although extremely rare, front and/or rear driveline vibration may occur.
• If equipped with a rear sway bar, #123009 is required.
• U-bolts will not work on dually models.
