Configured with Square front U-bolts for vehicles manufactured prior to 2-28-99 (requires a different box kit due to factory track bar change), a rear block kit designed for trucks with factory top-mounted overload springs, and NX2 Nitro Series shocks. NX2 shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.
This 6-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is engineered for 1999–2004 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty 4WD trucks, providing increased ground clearance and fitment for tires up to 36 inches. Up front, the kit includes Glide-Ride leaf springs, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar links, and bump stop brackets. In the rear, the base configuration utilizes a high-strength steel lift block and longer U-bolts. Optional replacement full rear leaf spring packs are available for improved on- and off-road ride quality. Nitrogen-charged shocks are included in either NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series configurations.
BDS engineered the Glide-Ride leaf springs with a multi-leaf progressive spring rate design using an exclusive triple-stage configuration. This provides a smooth ride under varying load conditions and flexibility throughout the suspension cycle.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle after lift. A heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps the steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
These trucks were manufactured with two different style front U-bolts. You will need to know if your front leaf spring U-bolts are square or are half way between round and square with a gentle radius around the OE cast U-bolt plate before ordering. Vehicles produced before 3/1/99 require a different box kit. You must check the production date on the door prior to ordering. The Super Duty came from the factory with a 2", 3", or 4" rear block. If you wish to truly level your vehicle it may be necessary to change the rear OE block. Will not fit dually applications. If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will want the 123402 drop kit in the options section. The front driveshaft will need to be lengthened and/or clearance ground depending on how the vehicle is equipped.
