Configured with a 4 Inch Rear Block Kit for a tail-low to level stance, paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 6-inch suspension lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2015–2020 Ford F150 4WD trucks, providing increased stance, performance, and capability with clearance for up to 37-inch tires. The kit uses a high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for on-road handling.

Up front, the kit features high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top-mounted strut spacers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height using a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, paired with sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and all necessary hardware. In the rear, high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts lift and level the stance.

Important Notes

• 18-inch wheels with 5–5.5-inch total backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting tires to ensure proper clearance to the BDS steering knuckle.
• 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires.
• Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4-inch block.
• Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406.
• Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
