BDS 6 Inch Lift Kit | Ford F150 (2015-2020) 4WD | 4 Inch Block Kit | NX2 Nitro Series

Configured with a 4 Inch Rear Block Kit for a tail-low to level stance, paired with NX2 Nitro Series shocks featuring a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Overview

This 6-inch suspension lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2015–2020 Ford F150 4WD trucks, providing increased stance, performance, and capability with clearance for up to 37-inch tires. The kit uses a high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for on-road handling.

Up front, the kit features high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top-mounted strut spacers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height using a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, paired with sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and all necessary hardware. In the rear, high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts lift and level the stance.

Important Notes

• 18-inch wheels with 5–5.5-inch total backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting tires to ensure proper clearance to the BDS steering knuckle.
• 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires.
• Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4-inch block.
• Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406.
• Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
