Overview

This 2.5-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for the 2020–2022 Ford F450 Super Duty diesel and gas powered trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy duty replacement radius arms, a high-strength 1-3/8-inch solid steel adjustable track bar for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision tuned nitrogen charged shocks. In the rear, this kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, and a matching set of shocks.

In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms, BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location and offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights, along with an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation. A pair of full-length Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. The BDS high-strength adjustable track bar — built from 1-3/8-inch solid steel stock — allows you to recenter the front axle at a variety of lift heights, and comes pre-assembled with bushings ready to bolt into the factory mounting points.

Important Notes

• Designed for use on diesel models, but can be installed on gas model trucks (will achieve an additional 1/2-inch front ride height).
• Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance required. Use recommended specifications listed in the tire and wheel fitment section.
• Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
