Overview
This 2.5-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for diesel-powered Ford F450 Super Duty trucks (2023–2026), improving stance, performance, and capability with clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement tubular radius arms, a high-strength 1-3/8-inch solid steel adjustable track bar for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, and a matching rear shock in your choice of configuration.
The heavy-duty tubular radius arms mount into the factory location, offer caster adjustment across a wide range of lift heights, and use an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation. The diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs are full-length and designed to provide the correct lift height with a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. The BDS high-strength adjustable track bar is built from 1-3/8-inch solid steel stock, comes pre-assembled with bushings, and bolts directly into the factory mounting points to recenter the front axle.

Important Notes
- Fits diesel models only.
- These kits are designed for the F-450 style front end. They do not work with the standard Ford Super Duty F-250/350 axle width.
- Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
- Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance required. Use recommended specifications listed in the tire and wheel fitment section.
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
- Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of vehicle features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation.
