Overview
This 3.5-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is specially designed for the 2019–2023 Ford Ranger 4WD. Engineered for additional tire clearance and improved performance, this leveling kit avoids overextending the suspension or driveline angles at full suspension droop. To prevent maxing out ball joints or CV damage, BDS uses a 2-piece design combining a smaller top-mounted steel strut spacer with a preload spacer. Front differential relocation brackets correct CV axle angles while retaining compatibility with factory front skid plates. A pair of performance upper control arms (UCAs) are also included up front for improved strength and suspension travel. Rear lift is achieved via heavy duty lift shackles and choice of rear shocks.

Important Notes
- Aftermarket wheels must have a minimum of 93.1mm center hub bore.
- Tires larger than 285/70R17 or 285/65R18 cannot be installed on factory wheels due to steering knuckle clearance.
- Will NOT work on trucks equipped with cast steel steering knuckles — select the correct knuckle type variant before ordering.
- Ford produced two knuckle/control arm configurations in 2020+ model Rangers. Cast steel knuckle-equipped models have different ball joints than models equipped with aluminum knuckles. Verify which factory knuckle your truck has before ordering.
