This kit is configured with Uniball Upper Control Arms. Uniball spherical bearings are designed for hardcore off-road and racing applications. They are stronger and more durable than ball joints and, depending on the application, can handle greater wheel travel with the option for double-shear mounting. Note that uniballs are exposed to the elements and require more frequent maintenance than sealed ball joints.
Overview
This 3 to 4-inch lift kit for the 2021–2025 Ford Bronco 4 Door from BDS Suspension features FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO coil-over shocks front and rear, along with heavy-duty tubular upper control arms. The kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires and includes everything necessary for installation. Net lift height varies by factory suspension configuration: 4-Door Broncos with base suspension achieve 4 inches of lift; Badlands models net 3.5 inches; Sasquatch-equipped models net 3 inches. Final ride height is the same across all trims.
FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO Shocks
The FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO shock is a bolt-on shock featuring position-sensitive technology, vehicle-specific valving, and larger pistons for improved on- and off-road performance. Key design elements include:
- Type II anodized aluminum body for efficient heat dissipation and corrosion resistance
- 2.5-inch shock body with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) to separate shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, optimizing damping
- Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) technology for position-sensitive rebound damping control on and off pavement — forces shock oil through a secondary shim stack to slow shock shaft speed and reduce harsh top-outs
- HTO is particularly beneficial with heavier, aggressive tires and lifts higher than OEM specification
- Fully serviceable construction
Heavy-Duty Upper Control Arms (UCAs)
These bolt-in upper control arms are built for strength, performance, and increased suspension travel. Available in Uniball or Ball Joint configurations.
- 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall tubular construction
- Indexed high-strength uniball or ball joint to correct joint positioning, allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment
- Durometer-specific rubber bushings at frame mounting ends for maintenance-free operation
- Uniball or greaseable ball joint at the knuckle end for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability
- Durable black powder coat finish with billet aluminum dust cap
Features
- FOX 2.5 Performance Series IFP coil-over shocks front and rear
- Performance UCAs available with uniball or ball joint configuration for increased strength and suspension travel
- FOX shocks are fully serviceable and resistant to corrosion and harsh environments

Important Notes
- Lift height is based on the base suspension package. Badlands and Sasquatch models will net less lift; however, final ride height is the same for all trims.
- Do NOT hit the aluminum knuckle with a hammer to separate the ball joint. Use an appropriate ball joint separation tool (OTC 204592).
- Will not work with models that have a height sensor attached to the UCA.
- Does not fit Bronco Sport models.
- Not compatible with Raptor models.
- Is compatible with HOSS 3.0 Bronco models.
