Configured with a 4 Inch Rear Block Kit, this variant produces a tail-low to level stance, keeping the rear at or slightly below the height of the lifted front end.
Overview
The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit with FOX 2.0 struts is designed to increase the performance and capability of 2021–2026 Ford F150 4WD trucks. The kit improves stance and off-road capability while providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. It takes advantage of BDS's high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling. Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.0 coil-over struts, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. The rear uses high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts to lift and level the stance.
Features

Installation
- Estimated Time: 8–10 hours
- Difficulty: Difficult
- Recommended/Required Tools: 204-592 Ball Joint Separator (recommended), Tie Rod End Separator (recommended), Torque Wrench, Reciprocating Saw
Important Notes
- 18" or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be re-installed.
- Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
- 18" wheels with 5–5.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5" backspacing is highly recommended for tire-to-frame crash bar clearance.
- Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit 122406 (not included with kit).
- Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4" block. The stock block will not be reinstalled.
- Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
- Does NOT fit diesel models.
- Will not work with Tremor models.
- Some trucks with a 2-piece driveshaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear driveshaft (Safety Recall 21S25). BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.
- Will not work with models with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping).
- Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, LiDAR, and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and other functions. All charges and expenses from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
